  • Found: A piece of rock and glass stuck in the plastic undercarriage at the rear of vehicle. Also the license plate frame in the rear was rattling as well so we removed it too. Removed the rock and piece of glass. Went on another test drive and the rattle noise is gone. Customer is to bring back if the rattle noise returns or persists
