- Pressure test for leaks, inspect belts, hoses and test radiator cap. Found: Coolant reservoir leaking Recommend replacing the coolant reservoir bottle and thermostat due to overheating
- COOLANT RECOVERY TANK – Remove & Replace
- THERMOSTAT &/OR GASKET – Remove & Replace – V6,2.7L Eng
- Inspect hoses and clamps. Pressure test cooling system. Drain engine coolant, radiator, and heater core. Bring antifreeze to -35 degrees. PH balance coolant to between 9.8 to 10.5. Check thermostat and electric cooling fan operation.
