    • POWER STEERING HOSE – Remove & Replace – Pressure
    • Road test for power steering operation. Inspect system for leaks. Flush power steering lines, pump, rack and pinion, and or gear box. Install new power steering fluid. Install power steering additive to revitalize seals (If needed). Bleed air from system.

    • Inspect electrical and cooling fan module -FOUND Radiator Fan Relay to be the cause of the issue of the fans staying on. Tried removing relay to diagnose and FOUND it was over heated and the cover just came right off and that is a sign of failure. -Recommend Fan Relay First to continue diagnosis. Replaced relay and the fan is now functioning properly.

Document amount of lining remaining is approximately: Front- 6MM Rear- 4MM Rotor Thickness: Front Left – .863 Front Right – .857 Front Rotor Minimum Machining Spec- .827 Rear Left – .341 Rear Right – .336 Rear Rotor Minimum Machining Spec- .315 All four rotors are rusted and glazed

Upon inspection the technician found the vehicles transmission fluid to be excessively dirty and recommends it be replaced as soon as possible. The customer will return as soon as possible to get the work done. The technician found the timing belt to be showing some wear and recommends it be checked again in around 10,000 miles. The technician found the spark plugs to be showing signs of wear and recommends they be replaced in about 10,000 miles. The customer will have work done in the future and has been made aware if the state of his vehicle
